Online Appliance Spares delivers products Australia-wide using Australia Post, however at this time we do NOT accept international orders through our website.

Shipping is calculated in increments of $5.50 depending on the item's size. If ordering multiple items, the largest item is charged at full rate and any additional items are charged at half their listed freight charge. If your items are all in the smallest shipping category ($5.50), only one instance of this will be charged. The freight cost is displayed in the checkout process.

For large items, we will contact you with a shipping quote prior to payment.

Delivery Timeframe

Orders are dispatched within 1 business day if the items are in stock. Shipping times are estimated at between 3-7 business days depending on your location within Australia.

Customer Service Policy

Online Appliance Spares is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery timeframes are between 3-7 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.

Return and Refund

• Returns are valid only if the part is returned in its original condition and unopened within 7 days of purchase. Refunds are only applicable if the products were damaged or faulty.
• Electrical items cannot be returned if they have been fitted
• Any incorrect, missing or damaged items received must be reported to Online Appliance Spares within 24 hours of you receiving the delivery. This can only be done by E-mail, Fax or Phone.
• If item(s) received is not what was ordered please do not open the sealed package in which it was sent. Any attempt to use the incorrect item will be deemed to be acceptance by the customer of the item(s) as a satisfactory substitute for the one that was ordered and no further claim can be raised thereafter.
